If you're not 100% satisfied with the gear you receive from us, just return it within 30 days*! (This satisfaction guaranteed does not apply to the Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items listed below.)
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please see "Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items" below for a list of items that do not apply to this policy.
If your purchase was shipped with Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. If you paid for shipping, the shipping is not refundable. If you used a prepaid return label to ship back your item, we will deduct the amount from your refund.
What if my item is defective?
It rarely happens, but sometimes you just receive an item that's a dud. If you believe this is the case, please contact us ASAP by sending us a message
or calling us at 800-708-8556. If we determine the item failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the item for you.
How To Make A Return:

or call us at 800-708-8556 to receive an RA number (Return Authorization). Once you receive your RA number, please print out the email you received or your order receipt and include it in the box. Then send your item(s) to:

- Over-size or over-weight items
- Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
