Q. The instructions that came with the drums are confusing. Do you have any better instructions?
A. Yes they are confusing! Below are some links that you might find helpful. And since most drum sets are put together the same way - you might find it helpful to just do a web search and see what comes up. There are lot's of videos and tutorials on the web.

Q. I received my junior drum kit, and it looks like I may be missing some parts. What do I do?
A. Many times the missing parts have fallen out of the plastic bags and are laying in the box somewhere. In addition, sometimes the missing parts have managed to hide under the cardboard flaps on the bottom of the box. Or, if your drum set was double-boxed, the missing parts may even have fallen into the outer shipping box. In very few instances the parts are actually missing - however, if they are in fact missing, please accept our apologies! Just contact us and let us know what parts you are missing, and we'll be happy to contact the manufacturer of the drums and have them ship the missing parts to you. You should receive the missing parts in about 1 week.
