To return an item, you will need to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. To obtain a RA number simply contact us. Once we receive your request, we'll email you back with an RA number (and the address to ship the item back to) within 1 business day. Any item returned without an RA number can be refused and returned to the shipper.

To receive a refund, returned items must be in new and unused condition. Items must be fully insured, shipped prepaid and include all original packaging materials and accessories. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when received, or if any accessories, owner's manual, blank warranty card, etc., are missing, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply. If the carrier returns any item because it was refused or undeliverable, the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items that are shipped with free shipping will have a 10% restocking fee assessed to cover the shipping costs we paid to ship the item to you. Please include a copy of your receipt and/or your order number with your return.

• Sound Cards, Expansion Boards that have been opened or no longer in shrink wrap
• Microphones
• USB and Firewire audio or MIDI interfaces will incur a restocking fee
• Printed music (sheet music and books)
• Headphones
• Cables (instrument, snake, mic, speaker, digital, MIDI, studio, adaptors)
• Any item with saliva contact (harmonicas, reeds, recorders, mouthpieces, pitch pipes, etc.)
• Products with any scratches/markings from installation of rack mounts may incur a restocking fee
• CD Duplicators/Tape Duplicators/DAT Recorders/Recording media
• Tape Recorders/CD Recorders will incur a restocking fee
• Recording furniture
• Accessories (ear pieces, open strings, drumsticks, drumheads, cymbals, tubes, pick-ups)
• Speaker Components/Drivers
• RAM Memory & Hard Drives
