Q. Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
A. Yes! You have 30 days to see if you like your gear. If you don't, just return it for a refund! Please see our return policy for full details.
Q. Do you accept credit cards or Paypal?
A. Yes! We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Q. Do you accept checks?
A. We accept PayPal, and through PayPal you can send an electronic check. We currently do not accept checks or money orders through the mail.
Q. How long does it take to get my gear?
A. Small items such as tuners and metronomes usually only take about 3-5 days. Larger items such as guitars or drum sets usually takes about 3-7 days.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Currently we only ship within the continental United States (we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii). We also only ship to street addresses (we do not ship to PO Boxes).
Q. I want my stuff NOW (OK, tomorrow). Do you guys have Express or Overnight Delivery?
A. The cost to ship large items over night, or 2-day delivery is extremely expensive. Until we find a carrier that will provide us with a cost effective means of shipping our large (and heavy) musical instruments, we'll only be offering standard delivery. However, please realize that it can take as little as 3 days to get your gear.
